Overwhelmed with Gratitude!

Our family motto has been "Allow yourself to be overwhelmed with gratitude." I came up with it about a year ago because I would often get frustrated when people were jealous of what other people had or not happy with what they had. I really thought about it and realized we need to be grateful for everyone's blessings and especially for the blessings we have. When someone else receives a blessing from our Father in Heaven we are given an opportunity to see the hand of God. Even if its not in our own lives- its a miracle- an opportunity for our Faith to grow and our gratitude to be heard and spoken. We all need to spend less time being bitter and more time being grateful. When someone else is blessed it in no way diminishes our blessings- it only increases them and our understanding of who our Father is. I am so blessed in so countless ways. God is truly generous and loving. I hope you can all enjoy this free printable I created. Put it in your home, Share it, and tell others how much you are grateful for them. Tis The Season....Woop Woop!

Yeah so this is definitely a "Somewhat Random Saturday" but

I just love a good Yard Sale and yes Tis the season.  I am very excited. 

Wheather I buy something or not I just love looking for a diamond in the rough. 

Now don't take offense to the picture...I am an animal lover just like the next little lady but I saw this little scene coming home from work one day and I just had to get a picture.  Poor little guy...he must have done something real bad.  Maybe I should reference the owner to one of my many Behavior Plans on this blog.

Anyway whatever you see sitting on a front lawn these days, just enjoy the fact that its warm enough for a dang good YARD SALE!

Welcome to Somewhat Random Saturdays

So I have decided-this being the first Saturday of this blog-I would institute somewhat random saturdays.  Because lets be honest, on Saturdays I do somwhat random things.  I don't work.  I play with my little boy and sweet husband (well I do that all the time), I shop, I read, I clean etc. A variety..ya know

I am just your regular Wife and Mom and I LOVE IT!
